Interrogé au 20 heures de TF1, le président de l’UMP, Jean-François COPE, a déclaré entre autres ce qui suit : “La seule direction possible, c’est de libérer le travail (...) Je propose un moratoire sur les 35 heures (...) et comme le disait Georges Pompidou, je propose qu’on
arrête d’"emmerder les Français” (...) dans un moment où on doit être tous mobilisés”.
 
Je vais me faire un brin provocateur : n’est-ce pas Tarik RAMADAN qui, confronté à SARKOZY en 2003, a lui-même proposé s’agissant de la lapidation des femmes : “Je demande un moratoire pour qu’on cesse l’application de ces peines-là dans le monde musulman. Ce qui compte, c’est de faire évoluer les mentalités. Il faut un discours pédagogique”.
 
Certes, il faut une sacrée dose de courage politique pour oser remettre en cause la malédiction des 35 heures à ce point ancrée dans nos moeurs hexagonales ! Mais pour ne pas sombrer, la France va-t-elle devoir (et pouvoir) encore longtemps supporter les amuse-gueules périmés que ne cessent de lui concocter nos élites épuisées de gauche comme de droite ?
